For over 25 years New York-based photographer Marianne Barcellona has been creating memorable images for major national and international publications. Her specialties are meeting the challenge of diverse and often unpredictable situations, and helping people to feel comfortable being photographed. Marianne’s travels have taken her to 29 countries, and her assignments have ranged from formal celebrity and corporate portraits to photojournalistic reportage for humanitarian relief organizations. Working both alone and with her associates (the Corporate Candids Team) she has covered over 75 corporate meetings and recognition events for Fortune 500 companies. Marianne likes shooting unobtrusively, but she also enjoys interacting with people and, when appropriate, taking complete charge of a photo situation. She loves assignments that keep her on the move and give her the opportunity to meet new people and experience new situations.
